Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be rescheduled without any charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

• Once a tarot session has been completed, refunds are not applicable.
• Refunds are only provided if Prime Occult cancels a session and you choose not to reschedule.

3. Digital Services / Reports

All purchases of digital readings, reports, or downloadable content are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
