Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: You may reschedule without charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: No refund.
2. Refunds
- Once a tarot session has been conducted, refunds are not available.
- Refunds are issued only if Prime Occult cancels a session and you choose not to reschedule.
3. Digital Services / Reports
Purchases of digital readings, PDFs, or reports are non-refundable.
4. Process for Refund
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
